Delivery, Warranty, cancellations and Return Policy

We proudly guarantee all BettyLee products in their quality and performance. Sustainability comes standard in every piece we make, and we believe that an important part of that is designing for durability. Following our care instructions carefully is a sure way to extend the life of your product; however, eventual age and wear is to be expected.

Please note: Our warranty program is only available within Australia. The warranty only applies to products purchased by original owner.

Qualifications:

Defects in materials such as zippers, buckles and fabrics, as well as defects in workmanship such as seams, seam tape and construction.

Instructions

To apply for a warranty, please send an email to support@bettylee.com.au with “Warranty Application” in the subject line and include the following information:

-Style name, color and size of product
-Proof of purchase/Receipt/When and where item was purchased
-Brief description of the issue/occurrence 
-Several photos of the damaged area and intact inside care labels
-Contact name, phone number and address

Assessment:

We will assess your application and respond with warranty or non-warranty status within 7 business days.

NON-WARRANTY

If your BettyLee product experiences damage from normal wear and tear, overuse, misuse or neglect, these cases do not qualify for warranty.

Rips and tears, fabric fading, abrasions on well-worn areas and general breakdown of the materials over time. Please note: Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use.

Order Cancellations

If notified before the goods have been dispatched, BettyLee can accommodate for order cancellations. If items have been shipped BettyLee reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Refunds and Returns

BettyLee will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached. Refunds and exchanges are not available on free promotional or sale items. Exchanges/refunds can be made 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchase.

Delivery:

The delivery times provided by BettyLee are estimates only. BettyLee will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. BettyLee cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Delivery timeframe: Estimated from 2 business days to 7 business days, not including weekend and public holidays.
